Additionally, the "Group Management Meeting," comprising directors, auditors, executive officers, and the presidents of all subsidiary companies, convenes to deliberate on important group matters and share the information to ensure unity of purpose across the group.
External auditors, including outside auditors, attend these meetings to oversee management decisions.

ARCS Group discloses information to all stakeholders timely with appropriate manner.
