Daimaru Super Co., Ltd. (now ARCS Co., Ltd.) was established at 716 Minami 13-jo Nishi 9-chome, Sapporo (capital stock: 5 million yen) for the purpose of retailing fresh foods.​
1964.11​
Head office relocated to Omagari, Hiroshima Village, Sapporo District, Hokkaido. Changed the trade name to Daimaru Sangyo Co., Ltd.
1969.8​
Company name changed to Daimaru Super Co., Ltd.
1987.6​
With the introduction of CI, the store name was changed from Daimaru Super to Fretty Daimaru.​

Merged in Daimaru Kenso Co., Ltd. (now ELDy Co., Ltd.) and made it a subsidiary.​
